This table was found in Dover, New Hampshire. It has turnings on the shaft similar to a table in the collection of the Newington Historical Society, pictured in "Portsmouth Furniture", edited by Brock Jobe, SPNEA, 1993, page 283-284.

Rectangular tilting top with nicely striped mahogany. Regency style legs. Shaft with multiple large-ring turnings below a vase with scratch-beading. Original brass catch.
